New Kid on the "Blog"!

We are so excited to announce we are now a proud aunt, uncle and cousins to a BEAUTIFUL baby girl! Zoey Elizabeth Shover was born today @ 1:39pm. She weighed 7lb 7oz and was 21 in long. She is so precious and a perfect addition to the Volpe clan. Both, mommy and baby Zoey are doing great!

I realized that I had no pics of just Bryan and his new little boy. Bryan has been battling with a persistent cold since Ryker was born and he has been trying to keep his germs to himself. Finally he is starting to feel better and I thought it was about time for a father/son photo session.

Still learning how to manage my time with two kids. So far I am off to a shaky start with the blog. So here is a "catch up" post. Baby Ryker is still doing great. He is up to 7lb and 8oz now. He sleeps well, eats great and his fusses only seem to signal that there is a big burp, or a big "BM", on the way! Big sister, Cheyenne, is doing great too! She is a huge help and has elected special tasks just for the big sister to do, like buckling the top snap on his car seat, rinsing his back during bath time and making sure he has plenty of hugs and kisses! We are so blessed to have such sweet babies!

Happy 1st Week, Baby Ryker!

Yes I know, it is hard to believe that it has already been a whole week since Ryker showed his sweet little self for the first time!! So far the transition to mommy of two has been a pretty easy one. Ryker is a great baby and he even lets his mommy get a few hours of sleep each night. I wanted to share with you a few pics we took to celebrate the day!

We are loving life as a family of four! Ryker is such a wonderful baby and the perfect addition to our family. His birth was every thing I had been praying for--- Safe and FAST! I am at a loss for words when I try to describe how blessed I feel right now. Hope you enjoy viewing the pics from this amazing day!
