My very sweet Granny invited Bryan, Cheyenne and I over for a farewell dinner this week. Man, can she cook a mean pot of spaghetti--her own secret recipe! We had a great visit with Granny, Ron and Max (their Yorkie). I think that Cheyenne's favorite part of our visit was when Cheyenne sweet-talked Granny into giving her a pedicure. And then when Granny was done with her tiny toes she let her know she needed a manicure to match! It was so sweet and Cheyenne was so proud of her newly polished nails. Just look how prissy she is in these pictures:
We had a great visit and we can't wait to see them again...maybe next time Cheyenne and I will get one of Granny's great polish jobs! Love you, Granny! See you soon!

On the road again...
Virginia, here we come...AGAIN! Bryan has recently accepted a job as the new Associate Pastor at Kerrs Creek Baptist Church in Lexington, Va. It is a sad time as we say our good-byes to all of our Florida family and friends, but we are excited to see all that God has planned for our family.
To our very loving and supportive family and friends:
This blog was created with all of you in mind. A window into our new home. A piece of all of you will travel with us in our hearts to Virginia and we hope that this blog may help those 700 miles not seem so far. Please visit often to stay updated on what is going on around the Volpe house!
