Cuttin' up:)
These were taken last week when I took Ryker for his first "real" haircut. And by "real" I mean "by a professional". He was given a "trim" by his mother over the summer (Bryan, would like to add that this was against his will). This "trim" ended up much shorter than intended and my poor baby boy was sporting a small bald spot over his ear for about a month! I have decided to chalk haircuts up to the list of things that are better left up to someone with actually training ...other that a Youtube video! So like I said...this is the first "real" haircut :)
This was before we got started. I think Ryker looks like he is having flash backs from the last time mommy said it was haircut time!
He was not very happy, but Mrs. Kim was really good...and fast!
All done and looking so handsome!

A girl after my own heart...
Bryan and I purchased a second vehicle today. This is the first tome since about two months after Bryan and I were married that we have been a two car family. Cheyenne was so excited about our new truck and she was trying to grasp how this was going to effect her plans. Then she came up with a great idea..." So daddy, when you go to work with our old car, me and mommy can take the new truck and go shopping!".
That's right...I am doing such a good job raising that girl right!

A moment in time...
Just want to make sure that I marked this down on the blog! Cheyenne has reached a very important time in her life and let me just add that this came WAY sooner than I had hoped...
Cheyenne informed me the other day...in her total, "five year-old trying to be a teenager" sass...that I am "RUINING" her life!!!
Maybe I should have been heart-broken, but all I could do is laugh!

At the circus!
We are so thankful for the circus tickets that were given to us by a friend. Our chilredn had never been before...and I don't think that they left disapointed:)
Book worm
One of Ryker's favorite pass times is reading...to himself. Rarely does he let Bryan or I actually read a story to him anymore! Such an independent boy!
